When logged in to
service.ringcentral.com and in the "Overview" screen, users are unable to delete both messages and calls from the log.
When trying to delete a message the error will show,
"104. We are sorry. Your request cannot be completed at this time.
Please try again later."
When trying to delete something from the call log it will ask for confirmation to delete and then refresh the page with no errors and the call will still display.
When performing the same actions in "Messages" and "Call Log" the deletes go through without any issues no matter if it is one single entry or multiple.
