Calls transferred to other users from mobile app and desktop app not going through?

When my users are transferring calls on their mobile and desktop apps, the calls come back to their extension? This is a new problem we haven't had before, has something changed?

Hi Erika, 

This sounds like something not set up correctly in the Call Handling rules.  We'd need to know the specific user information and who/how exactly the calls are being transferred to so we can see the flow.

Hi Mike - This isn't happening every time a transfer is attempted, but here are 2 examples from a few minutes ago. I did submit a case for this (05290682): 3:08 PM - Dana Breaux received the call at her extension 214 on her mobile app. She selected Transfer and selected the extension for Bryce Stephens (ext 115). the call then rang back to her mobile app. 3:19 PM - Dana Breaux received the call at her extension 214 on her mobile app. She selected Transfer and selected the extension for Jennifer Vincent (ext 104). the call then rang back to her mobile app.

OK...thanks for submitting the case and including the call samples. The support agent should be able to trace what happened and then reply back to you with the status.
