setting up fax, ideally, one account multiple users, i believe email would be path of least resistance... i would like each individual user receives notification when fax received to main number ( Message- if you are pending a fax request, a fax has been received and is in your inbox) , or faxer sends fax to specific email of user where attached is the document sent via fax(How-to Link?). (Other users unless specified by fax sender do not recieve notification) ideally would like to send receive via email , and link these emails with RC account as trustworthy to send and receive faxes/notifications... the wording may be confusing, i can clarify if needed. also under my account i dont see an option to add users (Maybe due to type of plan), although i can add emails (More than one) to send faxes using my main number.... this leads me to believe users will have to log in at the web address to find their fax and save the files to local HDD, and add their emails to account so they can use the " FaxNumber@Rc.com' method... other process will need to take place for PDF conversion for sending via email. or log in to web address to send fax with different extensions (.doc, .txt, etc.)
What does the community think ? any assumptions please make notes in the reply. we do NOT have a physical fax machine that prints... looking for online/digital solutions...
