RingCentral Meetings Garbled and Choppy Audio

Have Office Premium 100+ Users.  A few users have reported audio (garbled/digitized voice) issues on Meetings, while others on the same call had no issues. On Current Version, 4.2.55239.0623. Network Settings have been verified. Trying to find additional information on RC Meetings > Settings > Statistics to see if it would be useful in troubleshooting.  Only the "Overall" tab appears to display statistics.  The other tabs don't show any data with meeting active.

In the few times we had this happen, we were not able to drill further than you with the Overall info, but we fixed it by having those users login with the Mobile Version using their cell phones, and all call quality issues for the meeting in progress were resolved for them in this way.  I realize this is not a fix or greater details as requested, but this is a workaround that has worked well for us.

Thanks for the input, unfortunately one of the users is also the host, but maybe we'll try it out. Thanks.

If switching to mobile fixed the problem, then that is a strong indication there was a problem with the other network. This page has links to the most recent Network Requirements as well as some troubleshooting instruction. If all network settings are correct, and you are still having problems, then run a PingPlotter and open a support case so we can investigate.

Case #05288418 was opened 12/20. I just attached two recent ping plotter results to the case.  Network settings were previously verified as correct.  While we have not tried switching to mobile, we have other users on the network that do not encounter the issue.
