Not able to control remote machine using RingCentral Meetings

RingCentral Meeting Share Screen  - Couldnt able to get full control on remote desktop it's getting hang and lost the control while accessing windows services, computer management, System Properties. Request ringcentral, anybody please suggest me with the solution to overcome the issue. This is happening both internally and externally out of office.

If I understand what you are attempting to do, you cannot use RingCentral Meetings as a remote connection type of application similar to TeamViewer or other similar applications.

You can share your screen and allow a participant to interact with your screen ( I have done this when I have a client change their RingCentral password, etc.) but Meetings and the share screen is not set up to operate like a  remote support session application.

If I have misundertood what you are trying to accomplish, please describe in more detail what you are actually trying to accomplish.
