The new app is so confusing. Remember, single is king.

Which app are you having problems with?  We'd like to provide any help you might need.

Also, we'd like like to hear your feedback as our product team is working to create a more unified app.

Right now we have separate apps for RingCentral Mobile, RC Meetings, Glip, and of course Mac/PC/ iOS/Android versions of each.

Get rid of the Glip tab. You replaced the most used tab (recent calls) with a page that just links to another app. Huge productivity loss. Please fix this immediately. I hope we don't have to wait for a unified app. I wish I hadn't updated the app. Thanks.

The standard RingCentral IOS calling app. I'm not trying to be ugly, but I'm trying to run a business, and while I'm using my RingCentral phone app it's trying to advertise something called Grip. I don't know what Grip is and I could care less. I pay you for a service, so provide the service to the best of your ability, and stop using your platform to force me to use your tools. My goodness, every quarter its something new from you guys. Video meetings... conference tools, documents.. on and on. I understand wanting to provide better tools for customers, but you guys need to decide if you're a phone company or if you're a tech company. What is needed at RingCentral is somebody with the focus on what is important. What you need to understand is most people already have a conference tool, they already have a place they share documents, and who the hell knows what Grip is, and you're going to find nobody cares what Grip is. What is most important to customers? Messages, texting, the keypad, and contacts. Everything is secondary, so design the app with that in mind. I hope that helps.

Mike - Any update on this issue? I see many one and two star reviews for this version in the app store for the exact same reason. How long do we have to wait for RC to get rid of the Glib tab and being back the recent calls tab? Sure seems like you are putting your interests ahead of the customer. I don't see one person saying they love the tab with a blank page that links to a separate app that most don't use. I understand moving to a unified app in the future, but this is a dumb stop-gap move that is killing productivity for your most important feature - phone calls. Is there any way to go back to the previous version of the app?

Sorry for the frustration. No once the apps have been pushed to the app store, there's not a way to roll back.

The best thing to do if you are looking for a product change is to submit a feature request as these are reviewed by our product team.

How do I submit a request for a new Idea or Feature?
