Virtual calling card direct dial from 3rd party phones.

One of my cx wants to be able to have a direct dial number to use virtual calling card with ease.
She wants to be able to simply dial a number then asks for her PIN then she can just go and make an outbound call from it.

Jose,

RingCentral has that functionality, only slightly different from what you are requesting.

Follow these steps to use your RingCentral number as a Virtual Calling Card:

Step 1:
Dial your RingCentral phone number.

Step 2:
If extensions are enabled, this is where you would enter the extension number.

Step 3:
At any time, press star (*).

Step 4:
When prompted, enter your password and then press pound (#).

Step 5:
Press 3 to make an outgoing call.

Step 6:
Dial the number you want to call and press pound (#).
