Why can't I see all of my texts sent?

Hello,

Does this happen only when you first launch the softphone, and go to your text messages? Or does it happen when you are logged into the softphone, you get a new text and go to view it and you see the blank conversation bubble?

If it only happens when you first launch the softphone, have you tried waiting for several minutes without going in and out to see if the SMS will eventually load?

Thanks, but this happens all the time we are 24/7 telephone answering service and text about 15,000 calls a month but do not always see everything that we have sent without going into that particular contact several times. We stay logged on all day.

Can you check the version of the app you are running by selecting Settings then About for me?

Also, can you provide me with the OS of your computer.
