Service Statement to forward copies to an email for archive

Is there a way to forward all service statement invoices to an email that is different from the account admin? I have an invoice/statement only email and I want all  of my service statements from Ringcentral to forward to that email instead of my registered account email.

Also, can ringcentral provide a pdf copy of the service statement instead of in plain txt format?

Yes,  Just open a support case and make a request to "update the Contact email address" on the account. 



There's not an option to receive the invoices by pdf, however, there are a number of free PDF printers that you can get off the web that you can use to easily convert the email to pdf by simply printing to the pdf printer after it's installed.
