When my users try to forward voicemails on their deskphone the VM is empty
More specifically, someone receives a voicemail. On their desk they have a Polycom IP phone, they dial *86 and listen, then realize the message is for someone else, so they hit 5 to forward, type in the extension, and it forwards. The person they forward it to gets the message light, so they also dial *86 to retreive the message, but it's blank. If they log into their portal, they can listen there, but that's unacceptable. We want to be able to listen to these messages on the phone. Is this a problem with our systems? Or is it by design?
