Can't Delete Old Calls & Messages

I used to be able to delete old phone messages as well as old calls.  The function is no longer working.  Please advise.

I have the same issue been going on for a month. I use Firefox on desktop.
Can't delete any messages:
104. We are sorry. Your request cannot be completed at this time.

This is a known issue and from my understanding it has been fixed and is rolling out with the v8.4 release.

In the meanwhile you can delete messages by clicking on the Messages menu selection and then delete any messages, faxes, etc. from there.

I have the same issue using Chrome browser, current version 55.0.2883.87m 64 bit  -  this has been ongoing for more than a week - this does not produce an error message - it just cycles back as if you had never told it to delete the messages.

Did you notice my response to Stacey (above)?

This is a known issue and from my understanding it has been fixed and is rolling out with the v8.4 release.

In the meanwhile you can delete messages by clicking on the Messages menu selection and then delete any messages, faxes, etc. from there.

That method works in the latest versions of bpth Firefox and Chrome.

Which method (website, mobile app, desktop) are you using?  does it produce any type of error on the screen?
