When i recieve a fax i cannot forward this fax through email. the send button is not illuminated for me to send?

You stated "cannot forward this fax through email" How exactly are you forwarding the fax? If you are sending them from your email, the first thing to check is that your email address has been added as an approved sender.

Were you previously able to send this way? Are you getting any specific error?
