Customer service not doing their job.

Any one else get canceled due to opening cases repairs and techs not fixing phone numbers they give you so that they work and close the cases before being fixed and bills you the 3 months for the inactive phone numbers? Cases #(05230792) #(05230792) and refuse to give you credit or refund the charges for the inactive numbers?

Frank D. Smith - this is something you should contact your Custom Success manager about - not really for the forum section Company Settings.  Your frustration is understandable, but probably getting the info to the right person directly at Ring Central is a better way to get resolution to your satisfaction.

Frank, Sorry if you you've had a poor experience.  I'll convert this post into a support case and have this escalated for you.   I'll reply back here with the case number so that you can add additional comments to the case and this thread will become closed. Add all future comments to the case notes.
