Unable to answer an incoming call on the RingCentral Mobile App on my iPhone?

When I pick up the call, it hangs up every time I try to answer it.

Issue: Incoming call drops when a User tries to answer the call on the RingCentral Mobile App.

Cause: This happens when the User has the "Notify My Desktop App and Smartphone" set as "On" in the Call Handling and Forwarding rules and there's only a PSTN number or mobile phone number in the call forwarding rule.

Our engineering team is aware, and working on this.   In the mean time, follow the instructions here to resolve:

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Calls to mobile app get dropped.. I am having a problem where any calls coming in to my mobile app get dropped when I try to pick up. This is totally messing up my ability to get calls from clients after hours, when all calls are forwarded to my cell phone. I am using IOS 10.1.1 and the latest version of the Ring Central app. This is costing me money and may necessitate me changing providers. What can I do?
