Hi, we need to following setup but not sure what is the best option, and the sale team has not been able to provide me a solution.

we are growing company and want to add 30-40 phones for our staffs, but because the volume of call we, will only need about 10 lines, we want to setup a "shared lines" so that we can save $$ and use some type auto receptionist to transfer call to the extension for employee 1, 2....  call ID would be just a single company number and route to call to extensions.
