Apply an advanced call handling rule to range of numbers

I would like to create an Advanced Call Handling rule under Company Call Handling to direct all calls from an entire phone EXCHANGE (not area code) or range of numbers. All calls from 1+123-456-xxxx, whereas xxxx could be any number, and those calls would skip my auto-attendant. I tried entering a rule for incoming calls with caller ID info as 1123456 but it doesn't appear to be working.

Is this possible?

It will work.  Where are you sending the calls under your Rule?

Here's what my rule looks like (in Company Call Handling) for calls coming from area code 678 and the exchange of 373 - then I have the calls route to another extension.

I tried it again, just like you recommended, and it looks like its working now.

Thanks!
