Plantronics Voyager UC works with RingCentral Window App but can't hear other PC sound output

I just got the Plantronics Voyager UC Bluetooth Headset.  It works find for phone calls from RingCentral Windows app and works fine with my Apple iPhone 7.  

I can hear calls from iPhone as well as other iPhone sound output.  I can hear sound from Windows 7 RingCentral app but I cannot hear other sound output from my PC.

Why can't I hear sound from my other Windows apps?  How can I fix this?

Bruce, have you already taken a look at the default sound settings on the PC?  Sounds like the default on the PC might be set to a different output device. Whereas the default for sound in the RC Desktop app is probably OK.
