Ring Central LDAP SSO or Office365 integrated sign on stuff

Looking for some answers on this. I did a few searches for LDAP, SSO or Office 365 integration and found zippo on the forums.
Is RingCentral now, or will they in the future be allowing customers to use their domain/O365 credentials to log into RingCentral desktop/Glip/meetings ...etc (I.E. SSO)? If there's already this type of availability, can someone point me to the right howto or manual to do this? The support staff isn't much help, they're great for most stuff, but this advanced stuff they just don't know or aren't consistent on their knowledge. Some know some stuff, some don't. Just looking for something more concrete.
For the record, I'm not looking for partial integrations where there's a lot of manual work to be done, my user base is far to remedial in computers to do that and I have zero time to build automation out to do it for them. It either fully integrates or it doesn't, either way I'm ok with it, I just want something solid.

To my knowledge RingCentral does not have LDAP or Office 365 sign ons but it does indeed have SSO.

Steve, I can confirm RingCentral works with on-premise ADFS. It took a bit of work with the L2 support staff, but they were persistent and were able to get it working with me. SSO does NOT work with the separate RC Meetings windows app, but it works just fine with the RC Desktop app and mobile apps. The steps to set this up are straightforward. You can start with this doc: https://support.ringcentral.com/s/article/6748 You'll need to call support as there are changes that RC needs to make on their end. You'll need to send them your ADFS metadata and complete a brief setup on your existing ADFS. I'd make sure your ADFS is working properly both internally and externally before you start the process with them if you haven't already done so.I've been using RC for years for my hosted fax, but am considering moving to them for my full PBX solution, so having SSO working properly was a requirement for me. I'm happy to say it's been flawless since implementing it, so your efforts will be worth it!

Oh, that's good to hear. Do you have an docs that I can reference? Really, all I'd need to do is connect our AD domain credentials to the desktop and (hopefully) glip with it. I'm not as worried about RC Meetings, most people here (me excluded) don't use that feature that much anyway.

Also, keep you eyes open for the upcoming 9.0 release. From what I understand there may be some enhancements in this area.

Indeed! 9.0 will have some significant changes in many areas. I'm working to get some public messaging which I'll post on the Community soon. Keep an eye on the Blue Announcement box on the Community home page over the next couple of weeks.
