For almost a month now, I have had random messages, shown to be sent on our end, that the customer never received.
Most of the texts revolve around a text with a link, but the problem just started happening after Christmas.
I have been on the phone with Ring Central almost every day and they keep saying its an isolated issue or they want examples. When I give them examples, they ensure that the example texts are sent, but they say they cannot ensure the rest have gone out.
So basically I have to wait for a customer to write me, upset, before I can give them an example.
This is making us look like idiots and I dont know what else to do.
