Does our landline service use RC minutes?

Our company uses a landline service for our phones, however we use RC for forwarding and other features. Do we still use the minutes on our plan even though we aren't technically using the VOIP service for our phones?

If the RC number receiving the call is a toll free number, then the calling credits minutes are being consumed for the duration of the call. If the RC number receiving the call is a regular number, then the minutes included with your plan are consumed for the duration of the call. Forwarded calls are still passing through our system which means the associated minutes are being used.
