Is there a way to use RingCentral Archiver to download all company calls at once?

Is there a way to use RingCentral Archiver to download all company calls at once?

Currently it appears that when you try and link the Archival took it wants to do it per extension. This is really cumbersome and would require verification that each user is setup and working constantly.

Our company is in the healthcare device sector so it is crucial that ever call in and out regardless of extension is recorded and saved for many years.

Any help is appreciated.

Hello Juan,

Are you using RingCentral with Dropbox for the backup? If you log into the archiver as a RingCentral admin you can select to back up all recorded calls for all Users on the account.

Please let me know if you are logging into Dropbox as a super admin and still having issues getting all Users calls logged.

Thank you.

Nathan I was told otherwise when I called into support which is why I opened this issue. I have tried the setup and will report back with the results. Thanks for the information!

HI Juan,
As long as you're an Admin, you should see an Account Settings link. After you click the Account Settings link you'll see the backup options like below.  Here's a link to the full   User Guide

Choose which data you want to backup by ticking the checkboxes. Click your role below to see the available data options:
     Account Administrators
     Extension Users

Account Administrators have two page views: Account Settings, and Extension Settings

Admins can only backup Call Recordings, which is available when they switch to Account Settings on the Backup tab. When backup is enabled in the Admin view, the RingCentral Archiver backs up data every hour and stores all the extensions' call recordings generated within the hour before the Archiver's last run.

On the other hand, Admins can select the type of data to be backed up whe

I see so it only archives calls from the last hour so all the calls before I set this up I need to manually download then.

Yes.. Just manually download anything prior that you need to save. Then going forward, everything should be automatic.
