Well, I have high hopes for Ring Central but I am experiencing problems just getting started. I have the RING CENTRAL PRO subscription and I am simply trying to setup am existing IP phone that I previously owned. It's a Polycom VVX210. The problem is that I cannot figure out how to add this phone without subscribing to another number. Any ideas? (Just 1 line and hopefully 1 phone!)
You can only add IP phones to the RC Office product. The Professional product is meant for small businesses only using soft phone and/or mobile phone for inbound calls. To use an IP phone and place outbound calls with RC you must have a digital line (DID) subscription.
