What device are you having trouble doing this from?  I do it regularly from my Polycom VVX phone.

A Cisco 303. I was told by Ringcentral Support today that it is not a feature they provide yet.

I don't have one to try it myself, but do you have the blind transfer soft key showing on it?  I don't see why it would not work.  It indicates here it should be possible:

https://success.ringcentral.com/articles/RC_Knowledge_Article/Transferring-calls-via-IP-phones#cisco

Blind Transfer for Cisco SPA303, SPA508g and SPA514g  NOTE: This will include the original Caller ID Information.
Step 1:During an active call, press the bXfer softkey.
Step 2:Enter the number to which you want to transfer the call, and then press the dial softkey. The call is transferred automatically.

yes we have the soft key. We do that. It doesn't not work unless the call is transferred to a Ringcentral number.
