Trying to use the Answer button on headset but found out that this model does not answer with RingCentral.

Try LG Tone 730, LG Tone 750 or LG Tone 760 Bluetooth Headsets with RingCentral's HeadsUpDisplay for Windows - we've been using them since June 2016 throughout our organization without any issues - can answer and hangup from the headset button with no additional software or hub devices. We are successfully running with both Windows 7 Pro and Windows 10 Pro computers.

It may have to be a solution from Plantronics... :(   Others have reported having the same issue on Voyagers (also a Plantronics headset) wishing you good luck!

We already purchased the other units. They have been in use for 2 weeks now and we love the sound and clarity. We are hoping for a solution from RingCentral to be able to use them.
