is there a way to reach posts directly and privately on this forum?

Not that I am aware of. The administrators can (RingCentral employees) but I have searched for anyway to further assist someone and have found no way to communicate directly with them via the forums.

Yeah me too, hoping it could be done or maybe there's a reason that we're unaware of.

Sorry, folks, but there's not a way to direct/private message on this community.  I've made that request with our vendor for this platform but there's no ETA.   Would be nice to have though.

I've just been advised that this will need to be escalated through a support case.

Hello, I have been advised that it isn't possible to remove the default unavailable code.  It was recommended to have this entered as a feature request. Is there a timeline on to when this will be available.

It has been requested to be on the roadmap for 3 years. Can you please let me know when you anticipate this being added to the roadmap?
