Two groups, one extension

I need to be able to set up two different groups for one phone number/extension.  We have a day shift and a night shift, and the employees are different.  How can I do this?

There are several ways to do it.  Suggestion one: create the two groups (day and night) and then, via advanced rules, program the DID number to ring those groups.
