Date & Time Stamp Issue for text notification of voicemail

A customer of mine is receiving text notifications of voicemails, but they are showing a 2-3 hours behind when the message is actually left. Any direction on why this happens or how to address it would be great, thanks

Hello Chris,

Does your customer have their Regional Settings set up properly for their desired time zone?

i'd like to think so, he tends to be hard to get a hold of until he has an issue and sometimes even when hes got an issue he wont return calls. its a bit of a odd customer situation, to be quite honest.

Hello Chris,

Regional Settings is the only thing that I can think of that would create this effect without having more information. I would ask the customer what they have their profile set as.

It would seem all notifications we receive by email are all in PDT, even when the regional setting is set to EDT.

Hello Cef,

I took a look at your account and see that extension 1 has PST listed instead of EST. Try changing that and let me know if it fixes the issue :)
