Help closing deal with large account?

I've seen some posters say they've got accounts with up to like 2000+ users or even accounts with users in the 100s, anyone got some pointers on how to lock up an account that large? I mean I have trouble getting some people to believe VoIP is even good, even after demos and meetings with RingCentral for some reason.

VOIP got a bad rap 5-10 years ago, mostly in the home marketplace with poor quality devices and low bandwidth.  It was deserved, but people holding onto that impression are just out of date with the state of current technology and bandwidth.

I've got 1100 users in 12 US locations. We're in our 6 month of full deployment and have no quality issues.  You can find our case study here if it helps https://www.ringcentral.com/whyringcentral/casestudies/world_vision.html

6 months later as a company we have zero regrets.  It works well, it's saved us significant monies, which let's us send more to the field for our humanitarian work, which is great.

We have over 2000+ users - when we came to RingCentral in June 2016 we owned more than that number of DIDs. We had owned these blocks of DIDs and used them all for many years under various phone systems and providers before then,  and ported everything to RC when we came aboard.   Are you asking how to buy blocks of DIDs?  The most recent block of DID #s we purchased via RingCentral was through our sales account mgr at RC: Victor Espiritu. RingCentral's porting team are experts - they will also be helpful every step of the way.

It was unclear what you meant when you asked how to lock up that many numbers.  Are you asking how to securely manage an account with that many users?

RodneyD.... We have several RingCentral Partners/Resellers that are very active and helpful here on the Community. If you don't want to receive notifications on this or any sales type discussion, you can click the "unfollow" button at the top of the page.

Since our Resellers (and large account Admins) provide assistance to so many customers here on the Community (without pay), we welcome any discussions they might have in order to help each-other out.

No problem... Once you comment on several threads the emails can start to stack up... so you may periodically want to unsubscribe from some of these.

Thanks!
