WHAT IS MY DIRECT LINE PHONENUMBER-Sybil Tipton

I was assigned a direct line phone number when I originally started. It was, (361) 271-4038, ext. 251. Now in an email I received from Ring Central, stating that my phone conversations are now going to be recorded and that my Direct Line Phone Number is: (361) 360-8500, ext 251; which is it?

could one of them be your main company number or call que number? and the original number be your private number? one way to check would be to try and log in with the number you were given first, or call from your private cell phone and see what happens.

Chris is correct. The automatic recording message is generated every 30 days.  The TN it shows is the main number for your RC account and your extension number.  That is how RC ID's you.  You will notice, when you sign into the portal, it is the same way.

I am guessing this is a pretty new account?  I suspect the fist number was a temporary number and then when your published number was ported into RingCentral it is normal to be updated with the new number.
