I have clients calling me and they cannot get through to me. I tried to call my office 2 days ago from my cell and got a message that said "The party you are trying to call is not available". HOW?!?! I have had this problem for over 3 months and Ring Central keeps asking me the same dumb a** questions!
I have given you 3 different call logs (which I should have NEVER had to do). Each person that can't get through is using a different provider. I need this FIXED! I am losing clients!!!
Sorry for the frustration, but in order to speed the research/resolution, can you provide samples in the case notes please. If the calls are showing in the call logs you can indicate which ones or they will need to have dates, times, numbers etc.
