ERROR: (500) INTERNAL SERVER ERROR

I'm getting error message:  "Sending e-mail failed to the following error: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error".  Can anybody help me with that?

We'll need to gather more details.  Can you please use the button below to submit a support case and include the account specific details?

  • How are you sending the fax?  via email?  
  • If so, what email client? or software package? 
  • Number fax sent from
  • Number fax sent too
  • Date & Time
Any other details that you think are relevant.
