Real time monitoring of call queues

With my old phone company we had a call manager that would actually tell all users how many calls are sitting in the queue. It would be nice to be able to see that as if I'm unavailable i can jump in and help my employees on calls or be able to tell them that they need to get on the phones.

That is a feature found with Call Center applications - and RC's Contact Center packages do provide this.

Are you referencing the live reports widget or something else?

HI Wanstead,  Danno is referring to a different service that we offer which is actually called Contact Center
