Limited Extension and RC App favorites

US account. For some reason, I can't add limited extensions to my favorites list in the RC for Windows application so I can monitor it. Is this by design? I also do not see it as an option to add its presence information to my line. Thanks

What are you considering a "limited" extension?

EPalombizio,    I just got confirmation that  this feature is not available for Limited Extensions. So, yes, it's by design.
