Problems calling out using the Ring Central Ap on my iphone.

Several times when I am trying to  call out using the Moble Ap, my call can not connect.  My customers see can hear me calling, receive the call and can hear me, but I am unable to hear anything.  More recently, I have called out and  my call was picked up by to someone else (using my customer's number) and my customer at the same time.  My customer heard the calls to all people including  me (the caller) having the conversation.   HELP!!!  All my outgoing calls seem very inconsistent and down right embarrassing when you are trying to run a business.

Cordsen,

First be sure to uninstall the app, then download/reinstall it again to make sure it's not corrupt and that you have the most recent version. 

If this does not help

Reply back here and include details so we can research this. 

  1. Model and OS version of your phone
  2. Call samples: include the dates, times and numbers you dialed where these strange occurrences happened. (must be recent samples <24 hours for us to trace) 
  3. detailed description of the problem. Who could our could not hear the other party. 
  4. Note how you were connected to the call.  Was your cell phone using a wifi connection, or the phones data signal
