Hi We had a blackout yesterday. Some of our phones have not come back on. Instead the screen and the function buttons down the RHS flash every 5 or so seconds. Any suggestions

Phil,  Have you already tried to reboot those phones which are not working?  Do you have other phones on the same network that are OK,  so that you've ruled out network issues?

Yes Mike, Used an external power adapter and the phone rebooted. Must be an issue with the power through the ethernet. Thanks for the suggestion.

We are operational. Will need to investigate the power source through ethernet. Thanks Mike.
