ring central calls not getting recorded as activity in salesforce

I have encountered a problem with ring central integration with salesforce. Earlier all the calls made from the integration used to get recorded as activity in lead/contact but now suddenly the activities have stopped getting created in salesforce. I want to find the cause for this occurence.
