What I'd like to achieve is an automated report for call on a particular day. For example I'd like a report sent to my email address for the calls on a Tuesday. I did try using "yesterday" view and to receive the report on a Wednesday but RingCentral sends the report before the reports have updated so the reports are blank.
I don't mind either receiving the reports at a later time or even a different day but you can only specify "yesterday" as a view and not "2 days ago" nor can you alter the time change RingCentral sends you the report. So if I could change the report to be sent to me at 6pm the next day, the calls should have updated by then?
Any ideas how this can be achieved.
