Disconnected Call Verify

Facebook needs to call our phone number to verify our business page. When they call, the call gets disconnected before we can answer it - presumably because Facebook thinks/knows that its a VOIP or automated system. Is there no way to bypass this?

I have had to deal with similar. The way I get around it is to use an advanced rule or forward the number temporarily in order to bypass any automated attendant or connecting message. Some verification systems are fairly advanced and listen for words and music that ends up confusing them.

Mindy, if you try Brandon's suggestion let us know if it does, or does not work please? Forwarding the number is probably the only thing I can also think of that might work.
