Polycom VVX310 extension blinking green when phone is not in use

US account, Case # 05551615. Three of the phone line extension has started a green blink on all of the Polycom VVX310 in our network. The line and phones are not in use and the extensions are blinking as if someone is using the phone or has it on hold. There is also a phone headset displayed. This just start last week. Does anyone know answer how to repair this issue?

Kyla, if you have not done so, please open a support case. I've been notified this might be a system problem that engineering is working on.

Please add my organisation to the list of customers with this issue.  We have had it accross all of our phones for at least 3 weeks now.  Case number is 05520488.  My C Level managment are now asking us to review new phone systems.

It appears these extensions are showing incoming calls under RingCentral for Windows program under the HUD settings. The phones are not ringing.

Sorry Lance,  We don't have an ETA for this one yet. If you've opened a case then you'll get an email notification when a fix is pushed out.
