This issue - I use the ring out feature from my cell (great feature!) but I can't direct dial back because ring out adds the country code and 1 to the number and my cell carrier thinks I'm calling international and stops the call. :) Service working well so far now that I got the kinks figured out via settings. The help files online are old so that is BAD. They need to be updated asap to the current version.
