US Account, Case #05521429, the original issue was when pulling a report for a single day's worth of call queue information it was pulling for one day plus half of the next day.
This has changed, now we are only getting half of the day in question.
Our business hours are 930-530 Eastern, but the report is only showing calls from 930-noon on the day pulled.
