Different ring for forwarded calls.

Is there a way to have a different ring for when a call is a forward vs when it's a direct dial to our extension/number?

Nope. That's feature more unique to premise-based PBXs.

Thanks I appreciate it. We just had the system installed and are working through the kinks. Forwarding calls to other extensions is an issue because it's not very clear when it's a forwarded call, vs a direct in-house call.

Two suggestions... 1. Have in-house users Intercom others users. 2. If forwarding, use the announce options
