I canceled my account, but still have remaining time on the billing period for my last payment. I cannot log in. I get an error that account is disabled. I cannot open a troubble ticket or case because you have to login in order to do that and when I try, I get an error that my account is disabled. When I chat with a rep, I am told they cannot help me because my account is disabled. Seriously? I paid for service and now I am made to jump through hoops just to use the paid service? I am stuck here with no ability to utilize the service that is fully paid for. Sounding very similar to a scam....
