Outgoing calls appear to be from a Scam/Fraud number

Will this update take care of the problem with outbound calls appearing to be from a "Scam/Fraud" Number? We had moved a couple of people to the newer version about two weeks ago and had that problem plus couldn't even reach the support line through the desktop app. They recommended that we downgrade to version 8.3 until further notice and that we would be on an email list once the bug was fixed and we could update. Note: This conversation was created from a reply on: Upgrade to the latest version of RingCentral for Desktop.

Karina,  I located a support case on this issue, but there's till not an ETA.  Since your account is tagged to the case, you'll get notified when it's resolved.
