Does anyone know where I can access my BTN?

I am transferring my fax number to another carrier, but they need my BTN, and Ringcentral says they do not own the number what can I do?

Your BTN refers to your Billing Telephone Number. Therefore, the new carrier will need your main number that appears on your billing information. You can find that on the BILLING tab of your account.
