Glip Service Interruption on 3/30/17 (Resolved)

Glip users experienced a connection loss on 3/30/17 which lasted approximately 1.5 hours and was resolved at approximately 5:58 pm MST. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.  

We encourage all RingCentral & Glip users to bookmark this Community site as well as  https://support.ringcentral.com/s/?language=en_US

Please notice the Service Status widget at the top of both pages. 



When there is a known issue, the Green light will change to yellow or red based on severity and we'll update the messaging with known details.  

In addition you are always welcome to post, or report system issues here on the Community as well.

Those stats are not what we experienced. We experienced a longer outage, ending considerably later: still out at 6 PM PST.

Jason if you ever experience issues after we announce an incident has been resolved then contact us right away. There's a chance your symptoms are the same but the underlying issue may be a different cause.
