I tried to get into a demo with a potential customer and to my surprise my ringcentral meetings app crashes upon clicking and doesn't open at all. I get a "unable to find" type of message on my laptop and then nothing. any pointers? cause it was pretty embarassing to make a potential customer try and open the meetings page for me.
First the normal questions, which operating system are you using on your laptop, which version of RingCentral meetings are you using, have you tried uninstalling the application and reinstalling it? Finally, you mentioned an "unable to locate type of message". What was the actual message verbiage? FWIW, i'm running windows 10 professional on my laptop with the most recent version of RingCentral meetings and I'm not having any issues. Of course there could be numerous other variables including other applications running, etc.
Thanks for the insights, I had been using the meetings app up until a few months ago for demos on same laptop, so it just struck me as odd that all of a sudden it would no longer open at all. Guess it's time for a hardware upgrade lol
