Starting yesterday one of our user's lines is lit red on everyone else's Polycom VVX410 desk phones even though they're not on a call. They're still able to make and receive calls (both internal and external) but the light stays constantly lit.
So far we have tried: rebooting the user's phone, disabling and reenabling their account, and rebooting other phones.
Any ideas?
