extensions not working

Extensions are not always going to the correct person. e.g. Someone types in a persons name and it goes to the conference phone. This happens all the time. What is causing this? Is there a fix?

This sounds like an issue with the call handling and forwarding configuration, or perhaps you have an advanced rule set up.  If you are unable to locate the issue,  reply back here with some specifics, time, date, phone numbers/users. etc so we can see a sample.  I'm chainging this to a private conversation so you can post details.
