We are using Ring Central Standard in the USA, with Polycom 310 and 410 phones. I have the Presence status set up on all of our phones so we can see everyone's status. All phone calls coming in to our 1-800 number are simultaneously forwarded to all of our phones.
The presence status isn't consistent. If my coworker and I both try to answer a call at the same time, the presence status won't show up for the person answering the call. It works most consistently if we are talking to someone else in the office or we called out, but it is very inconsistent if we answer an incoming call.
I've tried re-setting the presence status on our Ring Central dashboard and I've unplugged all the phones so they will update.
